All of our systems use Activated Carbon (AC) filtration which is the most effective in removing organic contaminates from water. Because organic chemicals are often responsible for taste, odor and color problems, AC filtration can be used to improve aesthetically objectionable water. They will also remove particulates, chlorine and pesticides from the municipal water supply only. They are not meant for use with a well. By removing all of these solids the systems reduce the surface tension of the water thereby making it easier to be absorbed.
