Service Plumber and/or HVAC Tech:
An organized, conscientious team-player with great people skills. A detail-oriented person with a good driving record to deal with a variety of service repairs. Mandatory 4 years exp., proficiency in all areas of quoting & performing residential plumbing repairs incl. sewer, water service, drains, re-pipe, and/or heating & air conditioning service, repair, and installation.
Clean DMV. Own basic tools. Training skills a plus.
