Sam has been an HVAC tech for just over 10 years. His certifications include EPA, and N.A.T.E. He studied HVAC and Sheet Metal for 4 years at San Diego City College and 4 years at Associated Builders and Contractors, San Diego. Sam is married and has 1 daughter. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family and play video games.

Clark has worked as a plumber for 9 years. He has Journeyman’s license and in Rani certified. Clark lives in San Marcos with his wife and 3 kids, 2 little girls, 5 & 3 and a boy 18 months old.  In his free time Clark likes to go fishing, camping, hunting and drive 4×4 trucks. You can frequently find him helping his friends and neighbors.

Mark has been a plumber for John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for 6 years. He is certified in Natural Gas, Water, Drains and Fixture Installation. Living in Carlsbad, CA, Mark is married and has 2 kids that attend Carlsbad High School. In Mark’s spare time, he enjoys wood working, softball and fishing.

Plumbing Tech

JT has been plumbing for a little over 5 years. He’s an accredited Green Plumber and water filter and conditioner certified by Pro Systems. He is certified in Eternal and Rinnai tankless and hybrid water heaters. He holds a pipe lining certification and a CSST gas pipe certification.  Mark and his wife, Rebecca have a 1 year old son named Titus. In his free time, Mark enjoys fishing and golfing.
