Incredible Job Installing Water Heater
John Stevenson Plumbing did an incredible job installing our new tankless water heater. Anthony, Christian, John, and Ricardo were all top-notch, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. We were having hot water issues and they spent the time necessary to correctly diagnose the issue and provide an immediate solution. When installing the new water heater, they were respectful to our home, and left everything in the same condition it was before or better, even removing and hauling away metal piping we no longer had any use for. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be sure to call them if we have future plumbing needs.
Update: We wanted to set up the recirculating function for our hot water heater. Bryce scoped it out, and Armando came and set it up in minutes. Both of them were extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable; they left our home in great shape, and didn’t even charge us for the small service. They have certainly earned our business for many years to come.

We have used John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating and Air for approximately 8-9 years. We followed Pedro Bravo from another company because Pedro is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy and cannot imagine using another HVAC technician! I am saddened that today was our last visit with Pedro as he is retiring; I wish him the best in his retirement BUT completely devastated that we lost our favorite technician!! Christian Goodwin was a very nice representative for John Stevenson Plumbing. Our hot water heater broke on Christmas Eve, and we needed it replaced ASAP. He responded immediately when I called and was out to our house within an hour. He was professional, thorough, and very friendly. A repair team came out later that day to replace the water heater.
My only issue was that the invoice did not give a cost breakdown for each item posted. In their defense, I did not ask for an itemization because I thought it would show up on the final invoice.
That being said, we were very pleased with the work that the team from John Stevenson Plumbing did and would recommend them to others looking for plumbing needs. I know we will use them again!
