What we don’t service
We do not work on septic systems, leach fields, or private wells.
We’re stating this plainly rather than burying it, because it matters most in two of our service areas. Parts of Fallbrook and Rancho Santa Fe are on septic systems and private wells rather than municipal utilities. If your property is on septic, we’re not the right company for that work — and we’d rather tell you now than send a technician who can’t help you.
If you’re not sure which you have, your water bill is usually the quickest way to tell. A sewer service charge on the bill means you’re on municipal sewer.
Everything else we do — water heaters, heating, air conditioning, gas lines, leak detection, fixture work — is unaffected by whether your property is on septic. The exclusion applies specifically to sewer and drain work.
